Several facilities have recently requested information about our phone calls that could be provided to their patients upon discharge. It is recommended in our contract that patients are notified they will receive a follow-up call. As a result, MedTel Outcomes has developed a basic one-page brochure that you may choose to give to patients and family members informing them that they may receive a phone call from our company. We believe that this information will be valuable for the patient, family members and your facility. It may also help increase obtainable rates if they are aware of our call and may be more likely to respond.

MedTel Outcomes is pleased to present our Quality Measure Report. As you are aware, quality measures are tools that help us to quantify outcomes associated with our service goals. We choose to measure operational outcomes as well as customer satisfaction and perceptions.
